Tritan and other BPA-free plastics are light, shatter resistant and far cheaper per unit, which makes them the usual pick for trade shows, races, school events and wellness challenges. Aluminum bottles sit in between: light, recyclable and easy to print in bright colors.
Capacity matters more than most buyers expect. A 17 to 22 oz bottle fits car cup holders and bag side pockets, while 24 to 32 oz is what people who refill at the desk or the gym actually want. Anything larger, like 40 oz and half-gallon jugs, works for job sites, sports teams and outdoor crews. Lid style is the other big decision: a straw lid or flip spout is easier to drink from one-handed, a screw cap is the most leak resistant, and a wide mouth takes ice cubes and is easier to clean.
Decoration options for water bottles
Custom water bottles can be decorated with screen printing, laser engraving, full-color digital printing and pad printing. Screen printing lays down solid spot colors and is the most economical method for one or two color logos on larger runs. Laser engraving removes the powder coat or marks the steel, leaving a permanent logo that will not peel, fade or wash off in the dishwasher. Full-color digital printing reproduces gradients, photos and multi-color artwork without a setup charge per color.

Every order starts with a free virtual mockup showing your logo on the actual product, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. Setup is a one-time charge per imprint color and location, and repeat orders of the same artwork usually skip it. Standard production is typically five to ten working days after proof approval, and many items can be rushed.

Which water bottles keep drinks cold the longest?
Double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel bottles perform best. Most keep drinks cold for around 24 hours and hot for about 12, depending on the model and how full the bottle is. Single-wall plastic and aluminum bottles are not insulated.
